Where is Nutri-Tech Solutions located?
We are situated on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. We have a physical store in Yandina called 'The Nutrition Matters Shop'. Drop by if you’re in the area!

Do you ship to my location?
The Life Force® website currently only ships orders within Australia. If you are an international customer, please use the contact us form and we can organise shipment to your location.

Am I required to log in to place an order on your site?
No, although you will have an option to create an account during the checkout process. An account allows you to see previous orders and add items to your wish list. Account holders may also receive special discounts in the future.

How is shipping calculated?
We calculate shipping charges during the checkout procedure. For more information, please visit our shipping page here.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately. Most customers receive their order with 1-4 days.

What happens if my order is lost/damaged?
Transit Insurance is included with all shipments in Australia. Please contact us if you experience any problems.

Can I become a Life Force® distributor?
